Nothing really new on my end. I made it thru the holidays without too much acting up on me. I did go thru a few flare ups since I wrote last, same symptoms as usual. I definitely realized that stress is a huge factor I how I feel. Since I left my high stress job six months ago, I am doing much better. If I do get a flare up it is more tolerable than it used to be.
