dealing with more than pain

Yesterday, I sort of collapsed onto the kithen floor. My BP seems all wrong, way too low. I have had a lot of pain within the joints in arms and legs. I have an RA appt tomorrow, so I will have to discuss all of this with him. Have been drawing as of late, to try and keep my fingers moving and to occupy my mind with something else, other than pain.

I developed gout several years and spent a significant amount of time researching it. I was initially diagnosed with gout after excruciating toe pain. After which I had various blood test which confirmed excessive uric acid levels in my blood.

Through my research, I’m now able to control the symptoms and my life is back to normal. I found sharing experiences certainly helps coping with them. That’s why I set up a blog about gout which I’ve just moved to its own domain:

http://www.gout-diet-tips.com/

There’s lots of tips for gout sufferers on there.

Regards,

Brad
