Fast Food Nation

I watched Morgan Spurlock's documentary, "Supersize Me," yesterday. It's a fun movie to watch and not to be done before eating. The video of rotting French fries and burgers was incredibly disgusting. Sure, nobody eats McDonald's three times a day, but that wasn't the point. The point is that we shouldn't be eating it at all. If Spurlock almost ruined his liver during one month of McDonald's, what does that say? I'm a big believer that our health is directly related to diet. So many people don't want to believe that because they don't want to give up their favorite foods.

I'd love to interview Spurlock. I've got a couple interviews in the works that I'm really excited about and I'd like to make it a monthly feature.

What's new on the site - I'm almost done fixing all of the pages so they have the same design. After that, I can focus my attention on adding new features like bios to the diaries.

Thanks for all of your comments.

What a great documentary that was. We saw it last week and...well, I think "enjoy" is a good word for it, but it was definately educational and eye-opening. If you get the interview, I look forward to reading it! Keep us posted, ok?
