Lyn Frederickson

After writing this diary I decided to do some internet searching and see if there was anything new on panic and mitral valve prolapse. The book I talked about reading at Mayo Clinic was called Confronting Mitral Valve Prolapse by Lyn Frederickson, published in 1988. It really saved my life. I discovered there is a website, www.mitralvalveprolapse.com, and there is a new book out now! It's called The Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome/Dysautonomia Survival Guide and it can be ordered there. I will definitely order it. Hopefully it will help any of you that think MVP could be contributing to or causing your anxiety.
