I Want Tomato Sauce

Surprise, surprise! I flunked the tomato sauce. I sure wasn't expecting that. Christina was surprised too, so she tested some other related things like ascorbic acid, Citrus Mix and acerola, and I also flunked those. So it looks like even though I passed Vitamin C Mix, I still have a problem with the sub-categories. Makes sense because when I tested Juice Squeeze and apples I didn't pass.

I was all set to clear soy so we went ahead and did that. If that clears O.K. I'll either do fish next time because I want to be able to take my fish oil and eat salmon (both of which I failed), or I'll go ahead and start working on the citrus etc.

Sent the stool test in to test for yeast so that problem is on hold until the results come back.

I also took my multi-vitamin in for testing and it was fine. If you are looking for good vitamins, check out Andrew Lessman's. I love them because they are additive free and don't contain milk, soy, yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, sugar, etc. He makes a lot of great things and is always improving them. I really think they are the best out there and I take a lot of his different formulas.

The other company I use is Life Extension Foundation. Their monthly magazine just arrived with an article on a new allergy supplement that is just coming out called Rosmarinic Acid Extract. The studies sound great and I have ordered it in the hopes it will help while I'm working with NAET. All natural, which sounds a lot better than some other things I've tried. Can't wait 'til it gets here. Life Extension is also a great resource for disease protocols. My husband and I have been members for years.

Hope it can help someone out there. I'll let you know how the allergy pills work out.
