Finding a Psychiatrist

I need to find a new psychiatrist. My therapist and I were talking about it last night. Time to go psychiatrist shopping again. The one that we have now... she's very...[thinking of a polite word to use] professional ... but she is way out of the loop as far as this multiplicity stuff.
Every time we go to the psychiatrist, a different personality goes. So one time the doc will see Missy, hyper and driven and smart-assed who doesn't need any medication. The next time Jo might go, who is so depressed that she can't get off the couch most of the time, doesn't change her clothes, can't be bothered to get up and change the channel on the tv, and is not on nearly enough medication. The next visit might be with Caroline, who is opposed to taking any medication at all and so reports that everything is fine and we really ought to cut down on the meds. Another time a child might be closer to the front who mostly nods at whatever the psychiatrist says because they don't really have a clue what's going on and they know that talking would give them away. Its really confusing.
Jo needs a lot more medication that what she's getting. A little Prozac and a few other little things just aren't doing her any good. But the thing is, none of the rest of need that much, and we'd be overmedicated.
We've got to find a new psychiatrist in our area, someone who is experienced in working with freakazoids like us. :/
