Separation

There has been a been a pulling back inside .

Things have become overwhelming and unsafe. We cannot trust our therapist, people who said they were friends, co-workers, or anyone. Between an injury that is causing a great deal of pain, and an overwhelming amount of end of the year work, plus some other things going on, that was just enough. Certain inside people screwed up a lot of important things, and that was the last straw.

Have you considered going inpatient at a DID hospital? I just got out and it was an amazing trip for us.....LOVED it. Very safe, very reaffirming and tons of work done with intensive therapy.

Already went... not going back. Took 2 years to pay off the bill. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
Where did you go?

Thinking of you across the miles. Hope you are getting a bit of enjoyment in these difficulties from having your new puppy around. Good luck.

I went to the Psychiatric Institute in Washington DC. Where did you go? I had an amazing experience and wanted to stay the whole 14 days but my insurance sucks and I ended up having to come home after 7 days. :( But I learned grounding skills and how to be co-conscious, etc. I also met a lot of wonderful people who have the same dx, so it was very reaffirming.

Where did you go?
