Better
The headache went - thank goodness. It wasn't really bad, just one of those odd muscular ones that get worse if I'm lying down. I'm feeling pretty tired and achey, but the loperamide is controlling the tummy problems. The eczema is probably worse because I was handling all those toiletries yesterday and wiping off bottles so I had detergent on my hands. The really bad bit has healed. I'm feeling nauseous on and off, but that could be the antibiotics. I've done an awful lot more than usual over the last few days, and I hope I'm not setting myself up for a flare up. It's just so hard not to overdo things when I'm feeling relatively good. Mentally I'm feeling ok too. I think I've worked out how not to get so stressed over Christmas shopping this year. I'm going to give most people vouchers or money. I need to start writing the cards soon, as my hands won't stand up to doing them all at once. I thought I might include a little printed newsletter with some of them, to save a lot of writing.
