Headache
I'm not feeling all that great this morning. I woke up with a headache. I think it's just a muscular one and nothing out of the ordinary. I've taken some paracetamol so hopefully it will ease off soon. My tummy is already playing up, so I've taken some loperamide too. Otherwise, I'm tired and achey and feeling generally a bit blah. Eczema is playing up again. Hand seems to be healing well. Mood is ok.
