I need sleep!!!
I had another bad night's sleep. I seem to be sleeping extremely restlessly at the moment. Apart from that I'm feeling much the same. Tired (obviously), achey, tummy is a bit dodgy, and the split between my fingers has opened up again. Fortunately I seem to have got used to the 'Salagen' tablets after the initial nausea, and they work very well. It's really nice having a normal amount of saliva for the first time in about a year! The hot flushes are still a pain, but I just have to get on with it I suppose. The only thing that bothers me is that I sometimes feel sick when I get them, but I think that could be the fibromyalgia.
