More pain again
I didn't sleep well because of the pain. My right shoulder was particularly bad. Maybe I should have taken more painkillers before bed, but I tend to think that if I can sleep without them I can manage without them. I'm very sore this morning. I'm not entirely sure whether it's my joints or my muscles that are giving me the most pain. Getting into the bath to have a shower was more difficult than it's been for ages. Everything else is much the same as yesterday. Mood is ok.
