Physically OK. Mentally down.
I woke up feeling just about ok physically this morning. Tired and achey, but without the nausea. I'm beginning to notice it now, but I haven't eaten today yet. Eczema is still sore but not itchy any more. Lots of achey bits, especially my back and feet/ankles. Tummy has been ok so far. I didn't take many loperamide over the weekend, so I've probably got enough to manage until my prescription comes through, without having to see the doctor. I need to see him soon though. I'm not feeling so good mentally, mainly because of the intrusive thoughts. Nasty stuff about people dying and that sort of thing. I don't 'believe' it, but it's not nice. Maybe my meds need tweaking.
