Pooped!
My hand split again in between my fingers (because of the eczema), and was very sore earlier, but it's a bit better now. I'm going to have to mention it to my doctor next week. I also need to tell him about this bony lump on my wrist. It doesn't hurt, but I'm sure it hasn't always been there or I would have noticed it before. I also need to tell him that I'm feeling depressed again, and maybe if I have enough time talk about the IBS, which is back again. Deep joy! I'm pretty tired. It's been a busy week. I was recently told that if you have fibromyalgia you should be careful not to overdo things on your good days. I haven't managed not to overdo things on my bad days yet! I'm quite achey too, to the extent that I have pain of some description over about 75% of my body. It's not too bad though. The amitriptyline keeps it down to a bearable level most of the time. I have stronger painkillers (dihydrocodeine), but I try not to use them unless I really can't manage without, because I don't want to get addicted to them.
