Tired, achey and sore!
I'm just so tired and achey. I don't think the cold weather is helping. The 'cut' on my left hand from the eczema isn't healing, and it makes using that hand very sore. My tummy is just about ok at the moment, unusually! Moodwise I'm feeling ok-ish, but still having trouble with the intrusive thoughts. I do know how to deal with them, but I wish I didn't have them in the first place. I've discovered a bony lump on my right wrist. I can't believe it's always been there or I would have noticed it before. I'll mention it to the doctor when I see him, but it's probably connected to arthritis I expect.
