Cold + pain = feeling grotty
I went to bed early, and had a long lie-in. I'm not coughing as much today - so far. I coughed a lot in the night and my right shoulder was very painful. I'm feeling much the same as yesterday except not as congested. The eczema is flaring up again. My tummy is ok. Feeling ok mentally.
