Less cold symptoms but more pain
Well, my nose and ears are feeling better, and there's no headache. Although I'm not coughing much my chest is crackly. I'm in a lot of pain, more or less all over. It's particularly painful lifting my arms above (or even to) shoulder level, which makes doing my hair, folding clothes etc. a pain - literally! The eczema is sore again, but only on my left hand. My tummy seems ok so far today. I'm very tired, but a lie-in helped. Mentally I'm feeling ok.
