Owwie!
I. hurt. all. over. No, actually I tell a lie, I don't have a headache today! I'm in pain from almost every muscle and joint, with my shoulders being worst. I'm going to have to pop some painkillers, but first I have to eat in order to be able to take my regular tablets. The 'cold' is better, apart from my chest really, so that's something to be grateful for.
