Pain, pain, go away!
Pain from my neck to my toes today - well, at least I haven't got a headache! My feet and ankles have been particularly bad - I can't understand why. My shoulder isn't too sore during the day but it's bad enough to wake me up at night. Tummy is ok-ish. Eczema is playing up again. I'm feeling extremely tired physically. I need to put my feet up tonight because I've got a day out tomorrow.
