Pain Still Causing Sleep Problems
I slept for longer last night, but still woke up a couple of times because of the pain. I don't understand how the weight of the duvet can give me pain. Feeling ok-ish today. Tired, achey and a bit down, but what's new?

I completely understand the blankets causing pain when you're in a flare. I used to put a chair up against the foot of my bed and drape the bottom of the blankets over them to make a tent in order to keep the blankets from touching my feet because even that slight pressure was so excrutiating. It's hard to pull the blankets up when I move around at night, as well, because of the pain in my hands. I wear wrist splints to bed to help protect them, and that helps a bit. Hang in there. Better days are ahead. I know how hard it is to remember that when you're down. It seems to take forever, and things feel hopeless. This, too, shall pass.
