Vegan Cookies
I have discovered the best vegan cookies ever. They taste better than any "real" cookie I've ever eaten. The peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are my favorite. Even though I try not to eat a lot of sweets these days I have to allow myself these once a week or so. They don't have any refined sugar (they contain evaporated cane juice). Yes folks, there is life after dairy.
It's a real testament to the glory of these cookies that it is 6:45am and they are the first thing I think of upon waking. All hail Uncle Eddies!

I have been a vegetarian for about 15 years now and I am also trying to go total veg by eliminating diary from my diet. Anyways, I was writing about the Vegan cookies you wrote about. I discovered them about 6 months ago when my mom bought them at a health food store. They are sooo delicious! I couldn't believe they were vegan. They really are better than regular cookies. At least I'll be able to have a really good snack being a total veg. Now I only need to conquer my cheese cravings.

Hi all,
I am vegan myself and work for a vegan owner at Sun Flour Baking Company, a vegan cookie company (I'm lucky, I know :). Going vegan is one of the best changes I have EVER made in my life!! I can tell you that Sun Flour is one of the only cookie companies that bakes on site and uses a 100% vegan dedicated facility!! We have lots more flavors, as well as high fiber, protein and calcium wheat & gluten free cookies. I love my company and I love the cookies. I do love the taste of Uncle Eddie's as well, but I know what Sun Flour stands for where I don't know anyone at Uncle Eddie's.

Hi there,
I stumbled across your blog looking for some dairy free recipes. I think it is fantastic that a dairy free diet was working so well for you, and would love to hear how things are going now. I have contributed to a new website, www.GoDairyFree.org. Please check it out, I would love your suggestions and feedback. We do have Uncle Eddie's listed in our product lists, but I haven't tried them yet...I can't wait to now!

Uncle Eddies Vegan Oatmeal Cookies are INCREDIBLE. I have eliminated dairy and eggs in attempt to control estrogen dominance and missed cookies so much...up til now. Henry's Market in CA has several varieties at $4.99/bag and Amazon sells 4 bags for $24.
