Omega-3 can lessen joint pain and stiffness, reduce swelling, and lessen fatigue. It can be eaten in prepared fish or taken in Omega-3 fish oil supplements. If taking supplements, it is important to take pharmaceutical-grade fish oil that is free of dangerous levels of mercury.
