Major cleansing through days 11 and 12
Just when you think the cleansing has peaked and can't get worse it does. I am going through major symptoms including the cold I had at the start of the 100% raw diet getting worse and worse and last night I had major stomach cramps as though something quite toxic was moving out of my system. I feel weak and exhausted and my hip is waking me a lot during the night. I am also experiencing cramps in my feet during the night. I was also so hot during the night that I felt like I was burning up.
The candida is raging rampant in my body now that I have been having some fruit and dried fruit so I am going to cut it back for a while - probably 3 weeks and keep taking grapefruit seed extract to bring it all into balance. I also want to get the pickled vegies going for the enzymes which will also help to bring a healthy balance into my system. Ross is feeling weak and exhausted too and has lumps popping up on his legs and arms. We figure it will be at least another week of major cleansing. Hopefully, fingers crossed, it will ease after that.
