I put my cilantro in a blender and blend it with frozen mangos, banana, strawberries, and one cup of water. It makes a wonderful smoothie great for when you have any digestive issues. Takes care of heart burn, gas, and nausea for me.

I too love cilantro. Yet, I think it is somewhat of an acquired taste. The first time I had it a little bit was too much, but now I take dried cilantro out of a jar and chew the way men in the old days chewed tobacco. I think it does have health benefits. I can certainly tell when I have been chewing it and when I have not. Thanks for an interesting article.

Think imma make some “power” Salsa tonite with
Tomatoes
Onions
Jalapenos
Cilantro
Sea Salt
Lime

You can add Garlic if you want.

Serve on top of a Chicken Breast with a Side of Black Beans.

I eat it straight up… I dunno about an overdose…
