It is really important to eat citrus fruits regularly. Limes contain important nutrients such as Vitamin C that can help in total body functioning. It also helps in muscle repair, it boosts our immune system, a good source of antioxidant and many more. Another reason is that lime is very delicious and it can be bought anywhere so we don't have any excuse not to eat some. It is for our health so we should include limes on our diet plan.

Citrus fruits such as lime are very beneficial for us because they are rich in vitamin C which can help boost our immune system and can prevent us acquiring common disease such as cough and colds even those other health issues. Making a juice out of lime is also a good beverage which can help deal with our cough and soar throat, at the same time, is is a good refreshment.

I was unaware that all citrus fruits are high in Vit C. I thought that was just oranges. Anyway thanks for the information on the health benefits of limes.
