Cilantro Live! Raw Food Restaurant

There's a chain of raw food restaurants in San Diego County called Cilantro Live! that I haven't visited but would like to try sometime. The menu, as you might have guessed from the name, features a lot of cilantro.
Menu items at Cilantro Live! include things like avocado and cilantro broth (pictured at left),
cilantro-lime vinaigrette, cilantro pate, and many other dishes containing cilantro. I'm surprised they don't have a cilantro ice cream or cilantro smoothie. Hmm ... not sure how either of those would taste.
This is definitely not the restaurant for people who hate cilantro, but for those who like cilantro and/or raw food it's probably worth checking out.

I heard that restaurant is out of business. I went there once and it was really delicious. I would love to know her recipes!
the avocado-cilantro soup is the most delicious thing ever!
