Emeril Lagasse Launches Mashed Potatoes Into Space

Chef Emeril Lagasse has launched his food into space for International Space Station astronauts to enjoy. He has been planning the menu for nearly two years. The entire process has been documented and will be aired on the Food Network in October. I wonder how long before Domino's starts delivering into space, guaranteed in 30 light years or it's free?
Mardi Gras Jambalaya, kicked up mashed potatoes with bacon, green beans with garlic, rice pudding, and mixed fruit will be sampled by the astronauts on Aug. 10 while Lagasse chats with them via satellite, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration reported.
Chef Emeril's food is out of this world
