Researchers already knew that garlic and onions were potent cancer fighters, but recent research has provided more evidence of the stinky duo's anti-cancer properties.
People who used the most onion or garlic about a half-cup of chopped onion daily and a self-assessed “high” garlic consumption were from 10 percent to 88 percent less likely to have various types of cancer than those who said they used little or none.
The key to enjoying lots of garlic and onions if you want a social life is to associate only with other garlic and onion eaters. That way, you can all stink together and all not get cancer together!
