Organic Baby Food

Liz Hurley has told People magazine that she is developing a line of organic baby food.

"It's in very early development," she said. "It is something I feel very strongly about and I have just turned my farm organic. Hopefully, in the not-too-distant future I should be able to get going at that."

I think it's great that she plans to do this. If anybody should be eating organic, pesticide-free food, it's babies. If we give our kids a healthy start, they stand a much better chance of avoiding illness during childhood and into adulthood.
