Vegetarian Thanksgiving
Here's a great article from Juicee News Daily about accommodating vegetarians at your Thanksgiving feast:
What should I prepare, a tofu turkey? Most vegetarians do not require meat analogues at Thanksgiving. Yes, Thanksgiving is largely about the food. But it's also about family, togetherness, football, and that parade in New York City. (Juicee News)
I wholeheartedly agree. Though I've been a vegetarian for over 15 years, I've never had the desire to have a tofu turkey. I'm not really into "fake" foods of any kind. As long as it doesn't contain anything that used gobble (or oink, moo, etc) I'm pretty happy. The important thing is being with family and friends.
