Hey Heather,Glad you were ok with my Momming you. What a terrible thing to react to a med like you did. Scary. definitely need something else.Glad you're keeping your sugar levels steady. We, well Frank and Garrett with my help are counting carbs and doing novalog injections based on carbs eaten. They've both been doing great too with their levels.Have you ever gone to a chiropractor? Or a DO specializing in osteopathic manipulation? I find that my neck gets so tight it feels like my right eyeball is gonna pop out of the socket from pain. That's when I rememmber I didn't schedule aheade and have been pretty lucky with getting in for an adjustment. It helps sooo much. You'd want to go to someone referred by someone you know, cause there are some quacks out there. I find the 'bodywork', stretching, chiropractic etc to help my back and neck and those being key to standing upright, that's been a good thing!What muscle relaxor do you take? I take flexeril during the day and at night a flexeril (10mg) & a Soma (250mg) with other stuff. I find the muscle relaxors ease the pain of the tightened muscles better than any OTC pain med. There are days too, where I'd give anything for a trigger point injection.......yup we'd love a shot!Hang in there kiddo,Hugs, Judy
