Re-Hydrating...

Well, I’ve been working hard on getting in meals 2-3 hours a day. It’s not easy for someone who only really likes to get in maybe one to 2 meals a day. Period’s been extremely heavy lately but then I’ve been drinking a pot of tea a day and the extra liquid on top of water is rehydrating my constantly dehydrated body.

I feel full all day with all these liquids and I feel better about eating small itty-bitty meals.

Monday I start back with the workout trainer. I don’t know if I’ve gained weight or not. I hope not. I’m going to try to fast a couple days this weekend. Maybe Saturday and Sunday, or maybe all weekend or maybe just Sunday and Friday. I can try cutting up a granny smith apple in twelve pieces and eat one slice every 2 hours or so. I can eat 2 almonds each hour too and kick in a protein shake.

I had protein shakes today they were good. I added a little chai tea to the vanilla and a little white chocolate instant coffee to the chocolate. They aren’t sweet and gloppy like slim fast or Metrx. These are more like flavored coffee milk or something easy like that.

The period pretty much has me in low energy right now, but tomorrow we’ll see. I have some errands to run and bills to pay.
