Can do better, thank God there’s Tomorrow!

Well Blood pressure is slightly better. Eating was all over the place and not controlled like I’m hoping to get to eventually again. Weight isn’t exact because I didn’t wait for the lbs to stabilize. (impatient this morning! Who knows why) I’m not really worried about the weight number today. Changed batteries today so we’ll see how the numbers change tomorrow. Felt calm today, wasn’t very productive. Keeping it short tonight, but tomorrow I’ll try to post more.

Mini shredded wheat
Milk
3 croissants
2 raisin bran muffins
2 chicken breasts
2 cups of noodles
Fresca

It’s definitely heavy on the carbs, will get protein shakes in tomorrow!

153/82 BP 75 pulse up 4 lbs Total down 9 407 more to go

ijellorca -- croissants and bran muffins have so much fat. i hate to see you eating that stuff. are you not eating much fruit and veggies?? good luck! i'll be following your progress!! -- shane

You're so right! I'm working toward the better foods, which I incidentally love. No more croissants, and threw out the the muffins yesterday. Thank you for your concern! Fitday has helped me see the folly of willy nilly eating especially when it projected my weight for October at the rate I've been going, and that was simply terrifying. I'm optimistic as the week goes on and I'm forced to look at my food/fuel intake as apposed to my expenditure! It's somehow sinking in better than ever before because I am looking at my food and activity. Again thank you, it's very sweet of you to post! IJ
