Red Meat Linked to Arthritis Risk

"Eating large amounts of red meat may increase the risk of rheumatoid arthritis. A study which used information from people aged 45 to 75 found consuming high levels of red meat such as beef and lamb was an independent risk factor for inflammatory arthritis."
