Tarceva Approved for Lung Cancer, Cancer Cases in Sweden from Chernobyl

"The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recently approved the oral agent Tarceva® (erlotinib) for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in patients who have received at least one prior therapeutic regimen."

"More than 800 people in northern Sweden may have cancer as a result of the fallout that spewed over the region after the Chernobyl nuclear accident in 1986."

Rehnquist Undergoing Radiation and Chemo, Colon Cancer and Obesity

"Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist disclosed Monday that he's undergoing radiation and chemotherapy for thyroid cancer and said he is delaying his expected return to the Supreme Court, a sign he may have a more serious form of the illness."
