Prostate Cancer Surgery Study

A Scandinavian study of an agonizing decision faced by men who have early prostate cancer - whether to have surgery or wait to see if the disease spreads - found that for those under 65, operating clearly saved lives, cutting the death rate by more than half. (AP)
