Dark Chocolate May Reduce Blood Pressure

A new study reveals that dark chocolate may reduce blood pressure and help the body metabolize sugar. While adding dark chocolate to one's diet does appear to have significant health benefits, researchers warn that, because chocolate does contain fat and calories, people may need to cut back in other areas in order to fit chocolate into their diets.
