Impotence Risk for Cyclists, Hormone Therapy Plus Radiation for Prostate Cancer

"Saddle pressure can cause temporary erection difficulties for men who take part in long distance cycling events, but bike adjustments may decrease the risk, a study suggests."

Hormone therapy used prior to radiation therapy, during radiation therapy, and following radiation therapy improves survival in patients with early prostate cancer.
