Atkins Weight Loss Doesn't Last, Weight Loss Products Not Always Safe

"More than 45 million copies of the books have been sold and everyone seems to be on it, but researchers said on Friday that Atkins and other low-carbohydrate diets do not help people stay slim."

"Ephedra-free weight-loss products that contain the herb citrus aurantium (Seville orange) aren't effective and may even be dangerous, says a review by researchers at Georgetown University Medical Center."
