Wash and Eat
The simplest and easiest way to eat a guava is to just wash and eat it, seeds, rind and all. The rind has many health benefits that you won’t want to miss.
In Hawaii, guava is cut up into pieces and dipped into a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar.
Salt and Pepper
In India and Pakistan, guava is cut into quarters and sprinkled with salt and pepper. Cayenne pepper is sometimes also added.
