It isn’t a combo that many people automatically think of – grapes and avocados. However, this recipe is a fantastic addition to any spring or summer meal.
Grape and Avocado Salad Recipe
2 medium avocados, cubed
3 cups red seedless grapes
1 small red onion, diced
2 T. fresh cilantro
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 1/12 T. extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
Toss all of the ingredients together. Enjoy!
