A vegetarian diet is one that excludes animal products such as beef, pork, chicken, and fish. Many vegetarians also exclude eggs and cheese. However, a person who excludes all animal products, like cheese and honey, is called a vegan. Many vegetarians are concerned with animals rights, but others adopt this diet lifestyle just because they enjoy the low fat cuisine and health benefits.
