A vegan diet is one that excludes all animal products. Vegans do not just avoid meat, dairy, and eggs, but they also tend to avoid animal products like honey, silk, and leather. Veganism is often a total lifestyle choice that is concerned with animal rights and is seeks to be 100% cruelty-free. Not only the consumption but also the exploitation of animals is avoided.
