long day...
it's been a very long day. a hard day. lots of flashbacks. lots of anxiety. i'm so afraid to go to sleep tonight.

I am so that it has been such a hard day. I know for myself I wish that flash backs didn't take so much out of me. I was haveing heavy ones last week.
